Small switches in XGS1930 series

Hello,
I'd like to suggest a switch model. As it is, the new XGS1930 lineup matches the old 1920/1920v2 lineup, except for the small 8 port which is 1920 only. A little 8/10 gigabit port(maybe with POE on some ports?) with one or two 10gb sfp+ uplink and fanless would sell gangbusters. Are there any plans for adding a product like this?

I support this kind of device.
In Europe, there are some ftth telecom operators which are providing 10Gb links.0 -
What I know there must be a Router placed behind them so you dont have a 10Gb Connection behind them.

Most faster than 300 mbps links in europe are gpon lines, a good chunk of n.europe deploys have skipped straight to XGpon so you get instant(but rarely sustained) 10g download speeds @Username_is_reserved
