Troubleshooting a Disconnected AP in Nebula:
If a access point is powered via Ethernet (PoE) but appears as disconnected in Nebula, the issue may be with the uplink connection to the internet. To resolve this, follow these steps:
1. Check the LED Status of the AP:
- If the LED alternates between amber and green, it indicates that the AP is managed by Nebula but is unable to connect to the internet and is trying to reconnect.
2. Perform a Ping Test from the Switch Port to the Gateway:
- Ensure that the port can communicate with the gateway by performing a ping test.
3. Cross-Test with Other Ports:
- Try connecting the AP to other switch ports to see if the issue persists.
By following these steps, the connectivity issue should be identified and resolved.
