Hello, What could be the problem? In Nebula, it shows the device in a switched off state, but the Wi-Fi is working on it

Do you mean the AP is offline in Nebula? If yes, it is because the AP cannot connect to the Nebula. Additionally, the Wifi service is still available in this status.
