USG FLEX200 HP Update problems

Hi, I have this issue too:

The model is USG Flex 100H

I change the Global zone forwarder but nothing happen, could you help me with that?

This devices was working properly until some days ago. Don't know if it was the upgrade of the firewall that it was installed with errors or what happen.
