AP "Update Available" USG-Flex 700 WAX630S

I tried the: click "Monitor/AP Info/upgrade icon";
I tried the: Config/Wireless/AP Management, upgrade every way that popped up a upgrade.

My others 4, WAX630s AP's have updated; This AP 'TRAIN' was added recently.
What is the trick to getting this AP to update??
