Hi,

I have two XGS1930-52HP switches and a USG Flex 700.

If I connect the two switches over the sfp ports I have a link and it is working. If I connect one switch over another sfp port with the firewall, I have no link. I already switched the sfp+ modules, ports and the wires. And if I connect the firewall with a media converter with the same sfp+ modules and wire, it is working. But not with the switch. Also the switch is not working with a media converter. Only switch to switch is working with sfp.

What do I have to configure, that it is working with the firewall?

Hi @Dozu,

USG FLEX 700 only supports 1G link speed on the SFP ports, therefor, please change the speed/duplex of the XGS1930 SFP port from "auto-nego" to "auto-1G" or "fix 1G".
