LTE5398-M904 - Disconnection under Iliad Operator

Hi There

My Router has more disconnection ( LINK UP, NO TRAFFIC ) with Italian ILIAD Operator.
Many users has got this issue.
Are there some workaround to fix it ?
Last firmware doesn't fix this issue.

Waiting from some good news.

    Hi,

    What is your module firmware version?

    You may check it on Cellular WAN Status (Monitor > Cellular WAN Status).

    Hi,

    My router started doing same in last months. Works 1-2 weeks, then no internet. If i login to router, shows cellular connection is up and ok. Only router restart will fix it.

    I have latest firmware:

    Modem firmware: EG18EAPAR01A12M4G

    Router firmware: V1.00(ABQV.4)C0

    I also have static cellular IP, so it's not relayed to wan ip refreshing.

    I disabled(currently use separate wifi AP) 2.4G and 5G wifi, seems to work ok after it.
