NXC2500 not booting

Hi, I have a problem with an NXC2500 that doesn't start.
The first symptom was that it restarted constantly. I then tried to upgrade the firmware via ftp to see if it would solve the problem. But after the upgrade, it does not want to start.
I can enter debug mode and start file transfer through atuk but according to the manual that does not work for the NXC2500, only for the NXC5500. On the NXC2500 firmware is recovered via ftp upload. The problem is that it doesn't get that far. When I try to connect via ftp the service is not started.
Is there any firmware for NXC2500 that can be uploaded through atuk for recovery?
Error message:

Hi @Martin_Eriksson
It looks so bad ... unfortunately, it looks like a hardware failure. I would request an RMA.

Hi @Martin_Eriksson
Would you like to have a try as firmware recovery?
Here is the SOP. Use atkz to set the ftp IP address on the NXC2500.

Please let me know if it helps.
Thanks.
