Why my Connect & Protect (CNP) features can’t activated?

Connect & Protect (CNP) license provides Threat Protection feature to provide a trustworthy wireless experience preventing malicious websites access and Application Visibility & Optimization feature for optimizing wireless performance by limiting application bandwidth per category on a per-user basis.

Due to the Connect & Protect (CNP) service is only supported on some AP models.

You to check on Nebula > Help Center > Device function table > Security services to consider installing the supported models if you would like to use the features.
