If you’ve forgotten the password for your switch, you can restore it to factory defaults to use the default password "1234." Please refer to your switch’s user guide for detailed instructions on performing a factory reset.

If your switch is managed through Nebula cloud mode and you're unable to log in to the local GUI with your previous password, it’s likely because the switch is using the password configured on the Nebula site. To find out the password set on Nebula, please refer to this article:
