Hello ;)

I have been experiencing a strange problem with DHCP for a few days. Some computers do not receive an IP address while others receive their IP configuration correctly.Regarding the pool size, everything is in order; I have 50 addresses distributed in a pool of 200 addresses. In the logs of the USG 60W, I have a lot of lines concerning DHCP, but I can't really understand what is happening.I am reaching out to you to try to understand the problem, please.

Thank you in advance

Frantz

    Hello

    Thank you,

thanks to the analysis, we immediately understood where the problem was coming from. There was another DHCP server (172.16.1.1) broadcasting on our network (192.168.0.1). This equipment is not ours and is normally on a dedicated VLAN. We will therefore be able to resolve the issue with the other service provider.

I thank you for your valuable assistance.
