Problem with low download and upload speed with wifi 6 NWA55AXE - 1 Gb contract

Please help because I am lost!

I have a 1Gb fiber contract, fritz box 7530 and a NWA55AXE wifi 6 router, Zyxel POE switch and besides this I have a new laptop with a 1Gb wifi 6 card inside. I measured around 750 Mbps when I connect my laptop with an ethernet cable to the POE switch and Fritz box. When connecting wireless at 1m distance with the NWA55AXE I have around 200 Mbps, how is this possible?

I checked/changed several things > other channel, bandwith etc and it all does not change anything. I had the same problem with the NAP203, but now I have disconnected everything, just connected the NWA55AXE to the POE switch.

I think there is somewhere one or more settings in Nebula (non paid version I have) that is limiting the download, but I checked > SSID has unlimited up/download… and cannot find any. There are a lot of settings, but what I checked/changed did not improve it at all. In my laptop I have a Realtek RTL8852AE WiFi 6 802.11ax PCIe Adapter. I am using prefab/high end cables.
