EX-3301-T0 shows +1000 on server browsers

Hi, my ISP recently changed my modem to EX-3301-T0 model and when I search servers on any game, I see that servers has ping over 1000ms. When I join to servers, I get proper ping (20-40ms) what would cause that issue and how to fix this? I restarted and factory reset modem but it couldn’t help. Any help would be appreciated!

It is recommended to check with your service provider if there are any network settings or topology changed. I guess you may have used a bridge device before and now changed it to a router.
