Operational policy does not crash websites
Hello I have a situation on the firewall flex 200 where the operational policy is not applying to some machines. We have this policy where all sites are blocked, except sites that are on the trusted list. However, on some machines the lock is not applying, using the Mozilla Firefox browser, the websites are locked, but when I browse through Google Chrome or Edge, the websites enter normally.

Hi @Warley,
I would like to check with you:
- Could you share more details about this policy? Like: Does this policy apply a content filter?
- What DNS server setting/IP address do these problem machines use?

Hello
According to the Image, it is done by Content Filter.
I noticed that on these machines the rule only works in the Mozilla Firefox browser, on Google Chrome and Edge the pages do not crash..Follow images from navigation on the same website on mozilla and google, only on mozilla the website crashes.

Hi @Warley,
Thanks for the detailed information. After checking, this could be due to the Chrome upgrade (support TLS1.3 Kyber).
Please help to use this weekly firmware to fix this issue.
Please feel free to let me know if there is still an issue after the firmware upgrade.
