ZyXel USG40 Odd Behavior

Hi,
I seem to be having troubles updating this firewall. The updates never seem to finish completely(atleast via the web browser). It states "Firmware update is in progress...." for hours. When I try to log in, it seems as though the firmware completed but I am seeing 2 different firmware's? When I click to update the second, I get the following message which is alarming:

I also noticed this when trying to upload.

C:\fakepath is okay, your USG40 has two firmware "banks" that can be flashed and booted from independently. Have you tried "Rebooting" the bank with the V.33 firmware?
