thanks for sharing. it's also working for GS1920-24HP but without the V2 which I don't have.

Hi @StouAdmin,

GS1920-24HP cannot upgrade with this firmware. In addition, GS1920-24HP has been eol for a while.

The fact that the GS1920-24HP is eol - I know, but the fact that the question was:

was that intended ? NO you may answer, but it does :-)

Upgraded 2 switches with no issues at all.

Hi @StouAdmin,

I think your GS1920-24HP is the V2 model. I have tested a local test and find the V1 model cannot use this firmware to upgrade.

Additionally, only the V2 model has the reset and restore button in the front panel.

You are absolutely right. It IS a v2, but I'm surprised it's not visible anywhere on the device, so I had to look up the old invoice, and sure enough, it says V2.

My mistake for claiming otherwise, but errors happen for humans.
