Just bought 2 of these switches and tried to connect to the WEB Configuration address

How do you connect these things? Tried connecting to another switch. Tried connecting directly to the computer. Tried connecting through a Time Capsule. Tried connecting on both a Mac and a PC.
Browser doesn't see anything at 192.168.1.1

1 Go to your Network and Sharing Center
2 Edit your NIC with static IP of 192.168.1.10 with Mask of 255.255.255.0 and nothing on the gateway box.
3 Try it to go to 192.168.1.10
