Configure NAT to point public ip to internal ip
Freshman Member
Hello,
I configured NAT and security policy following the guide here and cant seem to connect to the internal server.
Mapping Type:Virtual Server - Interface:Wan1 - Source IP: any - External IP:Wan1_IP - Internal IP: *Points to internal IP - protocol:TCP - external Port: HTTPS - Internal Port:HTTPS
Policy Control:
From:Wan - To:Lan1 - IPv4 Source:any - IPv4 Destination:*Points to internal IP - Service:HTTPS - Device:any - User:any - Action:allow
also its 1 on priority.
anything I might be overlooking?
any help would be greatly appreciated! thank you!

Is the USG behind another NAT router?
packet capture WAN interface as you scan for port 443 on GRC from IP 4.79.142.206

Hi @HyungKim0105 ,
It seems you cannot access your internal network from the internet. Please correct me if I'm misunderstanding your question.
To better assist you, could you provide the following information:
- The Zyxel model you are using
- The network topology
- A screenshot of your configuration
