Answer: If the Nebula AP is controlled by controller, you need to remove the Access Point (AP) from the controller and ensure that the NCC Discovery setting is enabled. Here's how:

  1. Remove the AP from the controller by clicking the icon shown.
  2. Follow the directions in this forum post to enable NCC Discovery.

Once these steps are completed, your device should connect to Nebula successfully.
