Testing on Flex 200
You can add the full chain by adding root and intermediate certificate in Trusted Certificates but does not solve the problem.
also WWW for "Authenticate Client Certificates" when checked locks you out
also checking WWW port for Chain Issues as done above shows as pass but not for Authorize Link URL Address
