Why the "Forgot Password" is not working?

If you click the "Forgot Password" and enter the correct email but do not receive the notification mail from us, we suggest you can follow the step below to verify this issue:

  1. The "Forgot Password" is only available for the account log in by "Account + Password". If you used the social account login, please contact the original platform for the password issue.
  2. After confirm the account, please check the spam folder of your email.
  3. If the above action is not working, please feel free to contact us.
