When I log in to Zyxel, I get a message "Sorry, We've Encountered a small issue"

This is because we use reCAPTCHA Enterprise to analyze the behavior of a human or a bot in the background when the user logs in. We only display the reCAPTCHA result.

Here are some suggestions for anyone who encounters this issue.

  1. Try moving the mouse more slowly or slowing down the login process before clicking the login button. Sometimes reCAPTCHA might interpret certain behaviors as potentially suspicious script-based activities. This could happen when using password managers, browser auto-fill features, or when user actions closely resemble automated scripts.
  2. The recommended browsers are Chrome and Edge.
  3. The browser version should be the latest.
  4. Check if you use any Malware & Browser Extensions.
  5. Disconnect any VPN connection.

If you wonder about the result, you may check the browser's console log for the reCAPTCHA score and reason (remember to open the array so we can see the whole info).
