I'm also looking for the MIB files for these routers. If anyone knows where I can find them or how to obtain them, I’d really appreciate the help. Thanks in advance!

I have not been able to find MIBs for these devices.

However, an example SNMP MIB walk is available at https://mibs.observium.org/mib/ZYXEL-SNMP-MIB/ that might help you.
