Unable to start ZyXEL AP Configurator

I get the following error when I start ZyXEL AP Configurator after the installation:

Is there anything missing in the installation of the configurator?

We would like to inform you that Zyxel AP Configurator (ZAC) has reached End-of-Life (EOL) status. ZAC support is now limited to specific environments running Windows 7 and Windows 8.

To ensure continued optimal management of your Access Points, we highly recommend transitioning to one of the following solutions:

• Nebula Cloud Management,
• Access Point Controller or
• Standalone Mode.
