Flex 200H - Memory leak issue with blank pages
Hello everyone,
I updated to beta firmware
V1.21(ABWV.0)ITS-24WK35-m5760
but I still have memory leak issues.
As you can see my interface page is blank:
My dashboard has too much spinning wheels:
Notification page is blank:
I'm going to reboot the firewall but I would like to understand what I can do, I'm planning to deploy this unit in 15 days in production.

Thank you for informing us that rebooting the firewall resolved the issue.
If the issue persists, could you please provide SSH or WAN access to your device? This will allow us to remotely investigate the problem. We're also working on reproducing the issue on our end.

it happened again:
I logged on to do some packet capturing for @Zyxel_Melen and SMTP server connection tests and I saw this problem.
As you can see this Flex 200H was online for about a week. Too short time to request a reboot for proper working to manage, for example, notifications:
You will see a ticket opened via Nebula page to have SSH to log in

and running
cmd http-server restart
does not help

As mentioned earlier, the solution will be included in the next official firmware version, 1.30, so there is no need to use the command as a workaround.

And V1.21(ABWV.0)ITS-24WK35-m5760 does not solve the issue after 8 days uptime 😔

Unfortunately no.
I think that with Nebula 18.20 upcoming update (about a week to wait) we are going to see also 1.30 firmware availability for 200H.
When it will be ready please reboot it remotely (it works, just one of the few functions available via the UI when it is stuck) and when the FlexH reboots (about 12-15 mins) consider a firmware upgrade of it
