My Zyxell GS1920 can be access through SSH but not by the web gui

Hi I have a Zyxell GS1920 switch, if I login using putty it takes user and password but if I try to do it with the web browser it wont work it says that user or password are incorrect and keep asking for login

May I know the firmware version of your GS1920 first?

In addition, please try these methods before accessing the switch:

1. Clean the browser cache.
2. Try another browser, like Edge, Firefox, or IE mode if your switch is using a firmware version older than V4.70.
