Wifi web portal not opening(UAG5100)

i am facing issue with wifi webpage portal not opening almost users and everytime i need to restart the controller(UAG5100) after two days, after restart it will work and again after two days ame issue webpage is not opening to all users, kindly recommend any changes needs to be done in UAG5100 controller.

The UAG5100 reached its End of Life (EOL) on December 31, 2020, which means our support for this model is now limited. However, we can still assist by providing the latest firmware version, 4.18(AAPN.1)C0, for the UAG5100. Please let us know if you need it, we will send the file via the private message for you.
