Completely unable to connect to USG60 Firewall
I'm trying to connect to a used USG60 Firewall I bought about a month ago. It shows up on my network, but I'm completely unable to connect to the network interface. I've tried factory resetting it about 4 times now with no changes.
Any help would be awesome.
Thanks!

Hi @antioch_exe
Let's start with some initial troubleshooting steps to help resolve your issue.
- Check for IP conflicts: Please try isolating your USG60 firewall by directly connecting the LAN port (Port 4 for the initial setup) to your PC. The default IP address should be
192.168.1.1
. Also, ensure the firewall has been properly reset before attempting access. - Factory Reset: To reset the device, press and hold the reset button for approximately 5 seconds or until the SYS LED begins blinking. This will restore the firewall to its default settings.
If you're still unable to access the firewall, could you please provide us with the following information?
- Connect your firewall's LAN port to your PC, scan your network using the ZON utility, and see if you can access the firewall's web GUI through the IP that ZON discovers.
- What is the current status of the device's LED indicators?
- Could you describe your network topology? Specifically, what devices are connected to the firewall?
I've attached the Quick Start Guide and User's Guide for the USG60 for your reference during the installation.
