[ATP/FLEX] How to collect diagnostic file on Firewall Local WEB GUI?

At times, you may be asked to provide the diagnostic file for further troubleshooting. This article will guide you through the process:

  1. Access the local Web GUI.
  2. Navigate to Maintenance > Diagnostics Info
  3. Click Collect Now button

4. After the collection is finished, click Download button to download the diagnostic file to your computer.
