Can I migrate license from NSG series device to other models?

The NSG series model can migrate the license to USG FLEX series.
The mapping model as below:
NSG50 > USG FLEX 100
NSG100 > USG FLEX 200
NSG200 > USG FLEX 500
For now, we don't have tool for user to migrate the license.
