Email setting on ZYXEL VMG 8825 B50

Hello Friend , hello admin

I would like to do setting Email notification

I check all recommendation, but i don't receive any Email notification, i don't understand why ?

If you can help me , i have zyxel VMG 8825 B

Mail server : smtp.gmail.com

Port : i have used 25 , 587 the both not working

Authentification name : i write account Email @gmail and i have tried to write only the word for generate the application password, the 2 not working

Authentification password : application password generated from my compte google

Acount : my adress gmail

Not working

I have activation all notification

Can you help me please

Welcome to the forum.

Are you able to say what firmware version is running on your Zyxel VMG8825-B50 please?

Also, is your VMG8825-B50 able to reach your mail server? Can it ping it for example? Can it resolve the name to an IP address?
