Hello,
With a ATP700, I set up a SSO access on our network from the LAN. It works from every PC but not on our Remote Desktop Server (2012R2). We have 2 DC (2016) and the SSO Agent is install on both.
On the FW (Current User List), I see only one user connected from the RDP. maybe the first of the day ?….
On the Agent's log, I see correct entry without error when a user connect on the RDP, but no addistionnal user on the Current User List.
Any help please ?

Regards.

Eric.

    Hi @LPSA,

This is because the SSO function doesn't support users sessions from RDP server (terminal server).

    Hi @LPSA,

So on your server, there are many users connected to the RDP, but on the ATP700, there's only one user listed?
