Cannot upgrade to v1.30 on USG Flex 200H. What's causing this?
Hello there!
I am looking to upgrade to firmware version v1.30 on the USG Flex 200H because I am experiencing and issue where the device randomly reboots. I have tried to look through the system logs to for a trace of the issue but can't seem to find any logs pertaining to the issue. In the meantime, I was looking to upgrade to new firmware version to see if that would fix the issue, but the upgrade feature hasn't been working. On the Firmware Management page, there is no latest version that shows up and no release date. Clicking "Check Now" doesn't change this. I am running a custom firmware of v1.21 that the Zyxel team sent me to fix a syslog bug.
Pressing the cloud firmware button on the right does not work either, as I get an error code that says "Please note that your new firmware download feature is disabled due to ITS installed. Please contact local support to ensure the upgrade is applicable."
I do have Global Zone Forwarding setup in the DNS settings, so from my understanding, there shouldn't be any issue with the device reaching out to the download mirror.
I'm sure there is something that I'm missing. So, what am I doing wrong here that won't allow the device to get the latest firmware update?

Hi @kilomiles,
This is to prevent the fix of the date code firmware that isn't included in the new official firmware. In addition, this only affects the cloud firmware upgrade. You can still manually upgrade the latest firmware.
