SCR 50AXE - Some devices can't connect to WLAN

Hi,
We have one Zyxel SCR 50AXE at one location. Some computers can connect to this device just fine, but two devices can not.
Windows 10 gives an error that can't connect to this network.
The network has WPA2 personal.
One of the laptops have a Intel AC 3165 Wireless adapter.
What we have tried:
- We have tried to update the drivers
- If we make an open network, then devices can connect fine.
- Tried a few netsh reset commands
Nothing seems to help.
These laptops connect fine to a Huwaei router with WPA2 personal WLAN.
Any ideas on what could be wrong?
