Please follow the below steps to troubleshoot:
- Please upgrade your Wi-Fi adaptor to the latest driver version. This is because some Wi-Fi adaptors might have issues when connected to Wi-Fi 6 SSID. https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000054799/wireless.html
- Change the security option of the SSID from WPA2 to WPA3.
