Printer will accumulate expiration time if clicks button many times before ticket printout.

Please educate the operators not to click the button before printing out the tickets

ok but i think in my mind that no normal to printer to permit this dangerous operation it s like a hijack operation.can zyxel look how to block this possibily?it s not normal way

Dear Sir 

is there the possibility to use a tablet or phone android to print the tickets instead of using the three buttons of the printer?
as i have simce many years ago  did it with some american hotspot named

UAG support generating ticket by guest-manager but without printer out ticket.

(1) Create an guest-manager.

(2) And then user can login to UAG by this account, and generates account or printout the ticket.

ok and how can i make this possible only in LAN1  it means adminstrative PMS lan where all my server are?

Hi @greg

There are functions named “admin/user Service control” in WWW page.

This function can allow/deny user which from specific IP zone.

But guest manager is belonging to “user” privilege. (It will effect others dynamic accounts)

So can’t realize it now.

I will create an idea for additional “guest-manager service control” in this feature.

There is no plan to improve it in current roadmap.
If there are many requests to asking the same feature in the future, we will consider it again.
