If you experience network congestion when multiple devices, such as Chromebooks, simultaneously access resources, follow these steps:
1. Check signal strength: Ensure that the device connected on AP with signal strength is -65dBm or higher on the 5GHz band.
2. Adjust channel width: Go to Site-wide > Configure > Access points > Radio settings and set the channel width of 5GHz to 40MHz. This helps reduce interference.
3. Configure DCS: Enable Dynamic Channel Selection (DCS) and set the 5GHz channel deployment to All available channels. Disable DCS client aware and enable Blacklist DFS channels in the presence of radar to scatter access points across different channels, reducing airtime congestion.
