To troubleshoot your mobile router not connecting to Nebula, first ensure your router is compatible with Nebula. Check for a "Nebula" sticker on the router or verify the firmware version is compatible with Nebula. If your router is compatible, ensure it's updated to the latest Nebula firmware. If you're still having trouble, check if your firewall rules allow access to d.nebula.zyxel.com on ports 4443 and 6667, as well as *.nebula.zyxel.com on port 443.
