uOS1.3 Screwed up my Router

Salutary lesson about firmware upgrades not tested properly. When I set up the Flex100h router originally, I had the router create a ppoe connection on ge1. It called it automatically ppp1. After the upgrade ppp1 would not connect to the BT fibre line, no idea why. Also, all previous backups failed 'test'. They were fine before the upgrade. I therefore created a ppoe connection on ge2 whihc the router called ge2_ppp. Odd given that the last time the router created a ppoe connection it just called it ppp1. Anyway, it seemed to connect ok so moved all the dependencies across to it one by 1. This did not work even though the ppoe connection appeared to connect OK. As I'd moved all the dependencies off ppp1, I was able to delete it. I then created a new ppoe on ge1 which it called ge1_ppp. I then moved all the dependencies back to this new ppoe on ge1. Everything now worked to but it took a significant time to recover from this firmware upgrade. So much for testing before launching. I've made a new backup under the new firmware and that tests OK. I'll not be upgrading the firmware in future in a hurry that's for sure. Why was this not tested properly by Zyxel before making it available?

We have attempted to reproduce the issue based on your description with the USG FLEX 100H, but we have been unsuccessful.

To help us investigate further, could you please share your USG FLEX 100H's configuration file from firmware version 1.21? This would allow us to replicate your exact setup and observe any changes when upgrading to version 1.30.
