ZyXEL VMG1312-B10A Missing Broadband Option and White colour background Screen Issue

Hi everyone,

I just got a ZyXEL VMG1312-B10A from eBay to replace my old HG612. I wanted better firmware support and have heard good things about its VDSL performance. However, when setting it up, I can not find the broadband option under the network settings to set up bridge mode for my X4S R7800. I have tried different firmware versions, factory resets, multiple browsers, and even connected it directly to the phone line, but no luck.

Also, occasionally, I encounter a bright white background screen when accessing settings, which does not help. The device syncs fine, but I can not obtain an IP address since there is no option for DHCP on WAN.

Has anyone faced this white colour background screen issue or missing network options before?

the software version might have limited its accessibility. propbaly need to check from your seller to see what is its orignal ISP and what are the settings.
