Key Features of the Entry Defense Pack

The Entry Defense Pack applicable only to the USG FLEX H Series and includes the following security features:

1. Reputation Filter: Blocks traffic from IP addresses, URL or domain name identified as malicious or suspicious.
2. SecuReporter: Centralized dashboard to monitor security status and generate reports.
3. Priority Support: Contact with Zyxel support directly.

Subscription and Licensing Options

1. Bundled License:
   • When customers register their device on the Nebula Control Center (NCC), they receive a 30-day trial of the Gold Security Pack and 366-day of Entry Defense Pack.
2. Renewal Renewal:
   • Customers can purchase and renew subscriptions for one month, one year, or two years, available through Zyxel’s online marketplace, authorized resellers, or the Nebula Control Center.
3. License Transferability:
   • Renewal Licenses can be transferred between devices within the USG FLEX H Series models.

License Priority and Renewal Process

The Entry Defense Pack and Gold Security Pack have different priorities to ensure seamless activation:

• Gold Security Pack Priority: If a device has both Entry Defense and Gold Security Pack licenses active, the Gold Security Pack takes higher priority, allowing customers to benefit from its comprehensive features.
• Switching from Entry Defense to Gold: If a customer purchases a Gold Security Pack license while an Entry Defense Pack is active, the Gold Security Pack takes effect immediately. The remaining days of the Entry Defense Pack are deferred, resuming only if the Gold Security Pack expires.

Priority Support Access with Entry Defense Pack

Customers with either the Entry Defense Pack or Gold Security Pack gain access to Priority Support:

• Priority Support for All Subscriptions: Whether using the Entry Defense Pack or Gold Security Pack, customers can submit tickets and receive assistance through the NCC support portal.
• Support Integration in the NCC: From the Web GUI, customers can directly access the Priority Support,which redirects to the NCC, providing convenient access to troubleshooting and technical resources.
