Why are wireless clients sometimes unable to connect to 2.4GHz SSID?

The disconnection may due to congestion on the 2.4 GHz radio band. Especially 2.4GHz show high utilization in the Access point usage and connectivity chart that leading to performance issues.
Suggested Configuration:
Enable Dynamic Channel Selection (DCS): Change the 2.4 GHz DCS pool to a 4-channel deployment or all available channels to reduce interference.
