obtaining ip address it doesnt connect to device

- AP Model and Firmware Version: What is the model of your access point, and which firmware version is it running?
- Network Topology: Could you share a network diagram showing your setup? Including the VLAN configuration in this diagram would help us understand your network better.
- AP IP Addressing: Is your access point receiving an IP address via DHCP, or is it configured with a static IP?
- Connection Issue Details: When you mention being unable to connect any devices, are you referring to client devices failing to connect to the SSID broadcasted by the AP, or are you unable to access the AP itself?
