Currently running V5.18(ACAK.0)C0 but need to upgrade to V5.18(ACAK.1)C1 to address a few vulnerabilities. Where can I get firmware?

    Any ideas where I can get this firmware? There are two revisions newer than what I'm running but no Download links available, it just says to "Contact Support" on the pages.

    Still waiting on someone to answer this. 4 months and no response? If you cannot at least point me where to get the firmware or that firmware isn't available, please at least RESPOND instead of leaving a customer in the lurch.

    My faith in Zyxel as a company is gone. I'll take any future purchases for network equipment elsewhere.

    I was just looking at a XS1930 to replace my GS1915, but if this is the type of support I'll get, I'll forgo paying the nebula license fees and go with another switch.
