VPN Site to Site with Sophos UTM

Hello;  
I am struggling mightily with setting up a VPN from our ZyWALL USG 50 to a Sophos UTM box.  
I've used the wizard, tried and double checked everything on both ends, and still can't get a connection established.  Has anyone else had this issue and been successful with resolving it?  It should be pretty straight forward.  Neither site is behind a NAT, and we have used site-to-site VPN's before (Sophos to Sophos) with no issues.  
Any thoughts?

Which firmware version is working on USG50 ?

You can try single proposal(3DES/SHA1) on both devices to establishing the VPN tunnel.

If still have the problem, please take screen shot of your configuration and log entries.
