- Which VPN protocol are you using (e.g., L2TP, IPsec, SSL VPN)?
- Could you share your VPN tunnel configuration details?
- How is your USG FLEX 100 connected to your new fiber line? Are there any other devices (e.g., a modem or router) between the USG FLEX 100 and the internet?
