Can I have a ZyXEL UAG-4100 with two SSID, one as hotspot and the other a regular AP?

Hi,
I have a ZyXEL UAG-4100 that I use as hotspot to give paid internet to my customers. Now I have a CCTV camera only with wifi that I need to connect via UAG4100. Can I have a second SSID not acting as a hotspot (no authentication webpage), but only as a regular AP?
