- Your organization is Nebula Pro Pack organization.
- Managed APs need to support WiFi Aid feature.
For 802.11AC AP models, WiFi Aid only support WAC500, WAC500H, NWA1123ACv3, For models later than 802.11AC, support most of the models, only small business series models do not support, which includes: NWA50AX, NWA55AXE, NWA90AX, NWA50AX PRO, NWA90AX PRO.
