How can I configure the LAN port settings individually for each of my APs?

Navigate to Nebula » Configure » Access Points » AP & Port Settings page.
Scroll down to the AP table, click on the AP you want to modify, then you'll be able to configure the VLAN settings uniquely for that AP.
