@Zyxel_Melen, is there a known reason why IPS would cause an issue with my outbound VPN connectivity from my Windows Laptop (using Global Protect)?

Also, is there a policy that can be excluded to alleviate the issue?

The VPN throughput will be affected, but it should not be like the speed you experienced. Could you provide the speed for disabling and enabling IPS to compare?

For security services, you can set IP exceptions to bypass. Just like @PeterUK shared.
